Our story

My journey to Bump, Birth and Beyond started when I had my first child 18 months ago (see rascal above). Throughout my pregnancy I felt calm and confident that my body knew exactly what to do and although I did attend the usual classes to prepare myself for the birth and for the arrival of my little one, my mantra “to trust your instincts” is what essentially carried me through my labour and birth. My yoga and meditation experience really helped to ground me and focus on my breath and because of this I had a wonderful birthing experience. The first few months after having Dyllan was a rollercoaster of emotions and this is what drew me towards becoming a Doula and Hypnobirthing instructor. Finding tools to make life just a little bit easier is a passion of mine and something that I’d love to share ..
