Something’s been shifting for me recently.
And if I’m honest… it’s been a long time coming.
For so long, I thought feeling good meant doing more.
Pushing through.
Holding everything together.
And I got very good at that.
But somewhere along the way,
I stopped listening.
To my body.
To the signals.
To the whispers.
So now… I’m doing things differently.
Slowing down a little more.
Moving with more awareness.
Working with my body instead of against it.
Because I don’t need to fix my body.
I need to understand it.
This is what I’m building with Phlo.
A different way.
A softer way.
A more intelligent way to move, feel, and come back to yourself.

This year has been a roller-coaster of emotions, lockdowns and uncertainty for everyone!
So today I will be saying cheers to the back of 2021 and wishing us all equilibrium, freedom and peace, because we deserve it!
