We’re delighted to be bringing Yoga & Pilates to East Grinstead RFC.🧘‍♀️

Thoughtfully designed for all levels, these sessions will offer an opportunity to move with intention, build strength and find balance.

Open to both members and non-members, with all abilities welcome🤍

It's been hot these last few days but that doesn't stop Yoga. If its too warm inside, taking your practice outside in the shade can be cooler and be so special practising Yoga in nature.
