Starting 5th May for 10 weeks

WE’RE BACK!! It’s all about the 5’s.

After a year off our 5th edition of Couch 2 5k will kick off on 5th of the 5th.

Over 120 graduates so far, over 95% success rate. We’ve got you covered. YOU CAN DO THIS.

🏘️ Being Neighbourly EG – A warm, community‑driven charity connecting volunteers with neighbours who need a little extra help, kindness, or company to feel supported at home.

Today we were able to present £3,000 to one of the most inspirational club members we have here at East Grinstead Runners, Mapande Todd. We are so grateful to everyone who made a donation and ran with us on 5th October at the EG10K to help us raise these monies for our beneficiaries. 💙

Mapande loved awarding you all with your medals on race day, she is chasing her dreams of a new prosthetic leg and her smile never drops, we are so proud to have been able to support her in this way and get her one step closer.

Our race director, Richard was pleased to visit the prostate screening session hosted by East Grinstead Lions Club today at East Court and present them with £3000 raised at the EG10K this year to support with the costs of these screenings.

The monies raised were in memory of Andy Ripley who sadly died from Prostate Cancer. Thank you to everyone who supported the EG10K allowing this incredible amount of money to be donated 💙
