NEW OCTOBER LADIES ONLY SELF DEFENCE CLASS
Calling all mothers and women of the Isle of Wight, do you have some free time on your hands on a Monday Morning whilst your children are away at school?
Being a woman and a parent always brings with it a fierce sense of self-protection; it is possibly the most primal instinct a person can adopt from birth.
This class is primarily for women to teach you some valuable self-defence techniques, based on a wide range of disciplines, that will help you have more awareness and confidence when youā€™re out and about, so if, God forbid, you ever find yourself facing someone who is out to cause harm to you or your family, this will give you the necessary skills to de-escalate a threatening situation and defend yourself and your family if needed.

Classes will be held at the Northwood Village Hall, 364 Newport Road. West Cowes. Start time: 10am-11am. First Session only Ā£5.00!
