The teams are out!

The first team entertain local rivals Sessay at Back Lane in the need of points to keep them in touch with the teams above them. Our opponents sit third but have lost their last two.

The second team travel to Ovington still searching for that first 10 pointer. They are hoping the addition of Ben Cressey will give their season a much needed boost.

The third team are back in action as they make the journey to Bolton Percy. This will be a difficult encounter as our opponents sit third and are pushing hard for promotion.

Stillington are looking to make it three wins on the spin as they entertain Dunnington. This will also be tough as Dunnington are second with promotion well in their sights.

Player of the Match

This week's first team player of the match was skipper Kyle Waite sponsored by Berg. Kyle made 59 on spinning pitch to get us past 200. Well played skip. ECC 🏏🍻.

Results

The first team were beaten in a game they never looked like losing. Having been bowled out for 208, we had York 146/6 with victory in our sights. Unfortunately we couldn't get over the line.

The second team's total of 199 never looked enough as we lost the battle of the bottom two. That elusive first win of the season still evades us.

Stillington made it two wins on the spin as they moved 16 points clear of the bottom two. Sammy P was the star and he produced an excellent all round display. ECC 🏏🍻.

Here we go!

The first team entertain York at Back Lane in what is their biggest game of the season so far. In football terms it's a six pointer. We are strengthened by the return of the Wilson brothers which we hope will give the team a much needed boost.

The second team travel to Heslington hoping the encouraging signs shown in the last two games will lead to that elusive first win. It's the battle of the bottom two with neither side in good form in terms of results.

Stillington welcome Clifton Alliance buoyed by last week's impressive victory. Our opponents recent form is patchy and victory would take Stilly to within 12 points of 9th.

There is no game for the third team.
