Look who I got back on today after 9 long weeks! No lungeing, no help from Sedalin and on I got my sassy Tiva 🚀 who was so happy to be doing something. She wanted to stretch which was fine by me and we just did some trotting to get her going and will pick her up slowly 🥰. So good to be back on my girl - I have missed her!

catch up with Kirsty today Kirsty Holmes from TRM® Nutrition | Equine Feed Supplements 😆. Kirsty sent me a product a few weeks ago to give to Tiva 🚀 after she hurt herself. She has now finished the 20 day course and I highly recommend this product to help with horses who have had an injury or surgery that they need some help to recover from. It really helped to give Tiva’s system a boost and get the inflammation down after the bandages came off.
