KEEP SHOWING UP.
There are times when training feels tough.
The dark mornings. The cold evenings. The days when motivation is nowhere to be found and the thought of getting yourself to the gym feels like a mission.
You get stuck in a rut. The workouts start feeling harder. You lose that spark and wonder, “Where’s my motivation gone?”
But maybe motivation isn’t always about finding a new goal.
Sometimes, it’s about showing up.
Showing up for yourself.
Showing up for your friends.
Showing up for your community.
Because it’s more than just lifting weights and getting through a workout.
It’s the conversations before class.
The laughs between sets.
The people pushing you when you’re struggling.
The high fives when you finish.
The friendships you build without even realising it.
Sometimes you walk through the doors feeling flat, and you leave feeling completely different.
Not because the workout was easy.
But because you showed up.
And sometimes that’s all you need to reignite that spark.
So when motivation is low, don’t disappear.
Come in. Move your body. Train with your people. Have a laugh. Get uncomfortable. Get your sweat on.
You might not feel like training when you arrive…
…but there’s a good chance you’ll be glad you did when you leave.
Keep showing up. Your community is here. 💙
