Q may be 6, but has the mind and body of a 4yo, so I do think this slow and steady approach is the right one 🙈🤞🏼.

After 10 rewarding, frustrating, exciting, challenging, fun and unforgettable years, we’ve recently made the decision to retire Luna (Clair de la Lune) from dressage. From our first intro tests at Finchale View Riding School, to multiple podium finishes at British Dressage Area festivals up to Elementary level, it has been such a privilege to grow with and learn about dressage alongside my most special friend. ❤️

I’m so lucky to have such a talented and exciting youngster, who’s rather keen to take over as competition horse. Here’s to hopefully many special years dancing with Quartermaster🥂.

I think Luna is quite happy to hang her dancing shoes up, and is really enjoying being a quiet (🤥) hack, and maybe enjoy the odd days trail hunting over the season- I think it’s safe to say I’m more saddened by this than she is! 🤣☹️
