From start to finish, the lads played some brilliant football, with excellent passing, movement, teamwork and plenty of attacking chances. Most importantly, they showed fantastic composure and discipline when things became difficult, staying focused on the football and working hard for each other 💪🏻

A point on the road against a good Consett Warriors team in our first game of the 2026/27 season. 💪🔥

The lads put in a strong performance from the first whistle, applying the pressure throughout the match and showing plenty of energy, determination and composure. We created opportunities, competed for every ball and continued to push forward in search of a winner. Unfortunately, we couldn’t quite get the win our overall performance deserved, but it was a positive start to the campaign and a performance we can build on moving forward.
