Dawn of Chivalry recreates the travelling knights tournament of the late 13th century. Our shows the

Dawn of Chivalry is a late 13th century (Edward I) reenactment group focusing on the display of combat skills in the context of knight tournaments. Our primary goals are to educate the public on the military equipment of the period and to entertain visitors the same way tournaments would have done in 1285. Rather than big battles, our displays are more oriented towards one-v-one foot combat where

We had great fun supporting the Misfits Motorcycle Club’s rally in Hartlepool, which raised over £1000 for the local Catcote charity.

It’s a bit warm fighting inside a marquee, but it’s fun entering the arena to rock music to fight your friends!
