๐ŸŽบ This made us smile!

As participants returned from our We Move Together Big Walk on Tuesday, they were welcomed back by She's Got Brass.

One of our regular Gentle Cycle participants enjoyed the music so much she couldn't resist having a dance!

Our Gentle Cycle sessions take place every Tuesday at Riverside on the enclosed running track, offering a safe and supportive place to build confidence on two wheels.

Thanks to Joo-Lee Lewis for letting us share this great moment and to She's Got Brass for the fantastic music.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for our second annual Together We Move Big Walk on Tuesday.

The weather was kind to us again, and it was nice to see some familiar smiling faces. We hope you enjoyed the route, the chance to get out and about and the added performance at the end from She's Got Brass, who are part of this years Durham Brass Festival. ๐ŸŽบ

Thank you to everyone who took part and helped make the event a success.

If you took any pictures during the walk, please add them in the comments below - weโ€™d love to see them. ๐Ÿ“ธ

One of the most rewarding outcomes of our wellbeing walks is seeing new friendships flourish.
Our Bishop Auckland walking group is a great example of this. What started as a regular walk has grown into a supportive social circle, with members regularly arranging outings together to local shows and events.
Last night, several of the group met up to enjoy an evening of brass music in the beautiful surroundings of Auckland Castle Grounds โ€“ a wonderful example of how wellbeing activities can help people build lasting connections within their community. ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐ŸŽบ
