And after a holiday I'm back to teaching tonight at Merryoaks Community Hall. We were joined by 4 new starters.

So was a case of back to basics, stances, C. H. E. K. And pads. Great atmosphere this evening in the dojo.

Croxdale Community Centre Wednesday class. Just want to let everyone know there's no class on 12th August as it co insides with the eclipse which occurs at the same time.

Students are encouraged to attend an alternate class that week.
