Just a reminder if you haven't put an entry for Durham Open Pairs it filling up quick.

Another chance to learn the laws. Also how to read the head to determine who is shot and shot selection.

We have an excellent speaker coming to Durham Indoor Bowling Club on Wednesday 2nd September. 10am to 12 noon, a seminar on Women’s Health and Wellbeing.

The final week of the Novice Cup saw an exciting finish. With all four team in with a chance to pick up the inaugural Novice Cup. It went to shot difference with all four teams on 6 points. the winners by only 2 shots were 4 Sassenachs and 1 jock

The last KO final is the Triples that will be played tomorrow at 10am. This is J H Taylor, D Neil & T Howard v N Lewins, S Wright & C Breckon.

The Summer presentation is from 1pm Sunday 29th August. This will be in the bar and bowling hall area. The function room is occupied with a blood donor session. There will be coffee/tea, biscuits and some cake. The presentations should take no more than an hour.
