We offer 3 levels of service:

Large Group Training - Fitcamp. Generally a HIIT style programme using a range of functional equipment such as ropes, kettlebells, dumbells, skipping Ropes and bodyweight to challenge you throughout your classes. Small Group Training - FSP

Maximal group sizes of 8 people, with over 25 classes a week to choose from. The programme is fully coached and programmed throu
