Continuing our celebration of Mental Health Awareness month, We also wanted to share the success of another lovely lady, Christina Marina Theophanides. When she first started with us, she kept to herself and only left her house to come to the gym, following covid. Now she has tonnes more confidence and has become a social butterfly.
