Hello all school leavers.
Just to let you all know , its only £20 for 4wks or £3 per 1hr session over the summer holidays.

And for parents of children still at school 13 to 16yrs olds £3 per 1hr session or £20 for the 4wks .
Plus family packages can be arranged .

That said any parent wanting to get away from the kids for a while are welcome £5 per session , £10 pre week or £30 for the month.

The Classes Mon to Thurs on the evenings are
Mon . Cardio Class 6pm. Tues . Boxercise Class 5:45pm
Wed . Cardio Class 6;15pm Thurs . Core , Stretch and Mobility
Class 5:45pm

Good Monday morning everybody. Tonight's Cardio HIIT class will be a Kettle Bell class with me as Sara is away on her happy Holls.

Hello everyone. I hope you all had a lovely Christmas. I'm sorry to say we are going to have to put up our prices from January the 1st . This is only the second time since 1996 when we opened our doors due to the massive increases in everything from insurance to electricity , and I do mean everything.
Frank and me are sorry for any inconvenience this causes you.
