Good Evening,

Last night we had a fantastic class at Prince Bishops and Durham University Aikido Club.

Several students graded under Tony Heseltine Shihan and we are delighted to announce that they all passed their examinations.

Congratulations to the following students:

Tony Malyan-Locke – 3rd Kyu
Peter Beal – 2nd Kyu
Leong Cai Yue – 1st Kyu, with permission to wear Hakama
Anna Huber – Nidan

Your achievements demonstrate what can be accomplished through dedication, hard work, and strong spirit.

Just a reminder that due to the Bank Holiday there will be NO TRAINING on tomorrow night (04/05/2026).

Training will be back on as normal on Friday evening.

We're excited to announce that applications for next year's exec positions are now open! We will be accepting applications until 26th April 2026.

If you're interested in becoming an exec member, make a poster and send it to [email protected]. It should have the following information:
1. Your name (and a photo, if you'd like)
2. The position you are applying for
3. What you can bring to DU Aikido Club as an exec member
4. Anything else you want people to know!
