There will be no Trail Run this week as the Club will be taking on the Cowal 5km Race, Thursday Night 7pm!

TONIGHT ‼️
Thursday Nights got a whole lot different..
A 1.2km Loop around the Bishop’s Glen Reservoir.
Keeping in line with our Interval style training, we’re taking you off the Track and onto the Trails
This doesn’t mean the end of our Track Nights, we’ll be back out on that 400m Loop in due course!
But for now dust off them Trail shoes, and prepare to get a little wet and muddy 🏃🏼♂️

Trail Thursdays are FREE & for ALL levels & abilities to attend. The 1.2km loop is a fairly easy trail with only 20m of elevation gain. The trail will be slippery at certain points, appropriate footwear is recommended.
Free to attend, we cannot stress this enough. The only currency required is EFFORT 🫡
