Important 🥊

As we start a new season every member in accordance with Boxing Scotland rules needs to complete a new membership / consent form and the BSL membership if you dont have your blue book as an active fighter you need the BSL membership.
Without these you are not insured and and can only participate in fitness under the club insurance. The club coaches will have to check prior to allowing sparring etc.

Please ensure you do these 2 steps asap.
The Club Secretary will ensure that this is done. 💕

Safety is always our number 1 priorty. 🥊

We are completely full and cannot accept new members just now in all classes.
We will create a waiting list as from experience this will change over the next few months.
Due to this we need take the stance than no attendance for 2 weeks without communication we will assume you have left.
Anyone not putting in the effort and messing around will be asked to leave. It seems harsh but we are volunteers here to train.

We currently have a few new coaches going through vetting etc and are hoping to increase classes to meet demand 💪

Looking forward to the season ahead

As the schools return we are looking forward to see everyone back this week at the gym. 🥊

Childrens class will remain at 5pm-6pm we feel it has been a lot better and more space especially with the growing numbers. We will split this class a little more during training for beginners and Intermediate so those that have been coming for a bit will get further advancement.

13 + Adults & carded class will be 6pm to 7.30pm.

We are starting a new season and we were getting to maximum capacity at the end of last season so please only come if you are willing to listen and to train whether that is it for fitness or Fighting 100% effort is needed 🥊

Please always bring your sparring stuff just incase.

Please still bring cash for membership until otherwise told whilst 💕 apologies for the inconvenience.

We will organise medicals asap for those that need them and for those wanting to do the championship coming up attendance is important. We will not be entering anyone who hasnt had regular attendance and is ready.

Carded boxers books are due to renewal. Speak to Karen regarding this and what is required

All members who participate in sparring who are not carded - (active fighters) will be required to renew / get affilation membership for insurnace reasons. There are some added benefits too.
