New blocks start week beginning 20th May 2024.
Monday classes will run in 5 week block
Wednesday 9.30am - 4 week blocks (as usual)
Wednesday 8pm class will be 6 week block.

Pilates with a View 😍
I love this space! Doing matwork exercises and being able to look at that view during the summer months is great, but its especially nice and cosy (in my opinion lol) in the winter months doing exercise and hearing the stormy weather outside! 🥰

It is a privilege to be trusted to guide people through rehabilitation of injuries and see them achieve their fitness goals.
Pilates is so versatile and although, in class, our goals are focused on improving strength, mobility, balance, and posture, these are all transferable to achieve improvements in sport and other areas of fitness and wellbeing (physical and mental). 🧘🏼♀️
