Our classes are rooted in the classic Hatha yoga style
Hatha yoga is an authentic and gentle form of yoga. We focus on strength, flexibility and breath, connecting mind and body. I have also studied Meditation, Yin & Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra so offer a range of different classes, incorporating all of these teachings. You can experience The Yoga Social classes 5 ways:

Happy Monday! 😁 I've got two creative sessions happening in our fair city of Dunfermline this week.
After a wee break, we are back at Andrew Carnegie BPlace Museum for an art inspired Nidra. And thrilled to be collaborating with Kate from fern on Wednesday for our intuitive art night. Let's get those creative vibes flowing!
