A wee run up to one of the oldest trees in the UK at Fortingall. Great company with a couple of mates. Perfect weather and great roads.

A fab ride out yesterday as far south as Rothbury in Northumberland and as far west as Langholm in the Scottish borders. A total of 296 miles for me door to door. Some great company on the ride. Nine of us from the Kingdom Of Fife IAM motorcycle group. 🏍😜

After more than 46 years of working, today was my last day before retirement. What a journey it's been.
The last 6½ years in the gym has been fantastic- I'll miss so much about it. The clients, the members, the colleagues, the fun and the opportunities!
Thanks to everyone for your support, banter, criticism, and the cakes! (You know who you are!)
Now onto the onerous task of enjoying myself every day!

First steps on the road to Twickenham for the mayhem that is the annual Army Navy 🏉 match!

Alloa Puregym member, Martin Knott, will be bringing a Blood Bike into the gym from 13 to 1600, Tuesday 14th April. Come and have a look, have a chat, and make a donation to this fabulous charity that supports our NHS through volunteers donating their time transporting blood/organs/medicines etc between Scotland's hospitals.
