11 years of playing the long game.
My very first check in photos v today.
Yeah I'm in the midst of a bubble of nostalgia right now as that's what prep does to you.
The 2015 version of me had no idea what she was starting. She had no idea she'd still be treading water 11 years later. I'm so glad she took a leap of faith and clearly believed in herself enough to start.
Now it's down to me to do her proud.
It scares me to say this is my year but it damn well is. Because I'm choosing that for me.

So apparently with the exception of my 'story updates' I've not posted any meaningful content for a while. So here it is.
Get out of your own f*cken way.
Stop asking yourself IF you can and practice telling yourself THAT you can. Both are true. The irony!
What you accomplish in life is a product of your inner dialogue.
I'm not saying that solves the problem when self belief and confidence are your limiting factors.
But I am saying you have more control than you realise.
It's on YOU to work on that.
We live in an age where we can literally change, learn, address anything we want.
So put the self limiting beliefs, self sabotage, and self indulgence culture in the bin.
Take control or live with regret.
The choice is yours.β€οΈ
Do I care what people think of my personal journey?
No!
And I suggest you take the same approach to people observing yours.πͺπ½

16 months of working together.π
I don't share enough of this stuff but this is next level!
came to me as someone who HATED exercise. You did so don't deny it!π€£
But she had a super sharp vision of what she wanted to change. And ironically it wasn't initially aesthetically driven.
Then this happened!π
She used to have mini tantrums when I pushed her hard in our sessions. Like actually! With love though.π€£
Then the switch flicked.πͺπ½
She found a love for training, nourishing her body and leaning into discipline over motivation. Many a pep talk was had on that subject!π€£
And here we are now.
When I see people, anyone, posting a gym selfie I bloody love it. Because very few start off with that level of confidence. That s**t is earned!
Super proud of what you've achieved and even more excited for what's next. Thanks for trusting me to help you.β€οΈ
Oh......and she's got Crohn's disease and has infusions every 6 weeks. So another beautiful example of you can have excuses or results. You get to choose.π
