The quality of meats are some of the best, if not the best iv seen and will be unmatched to anything you’ll get in any supermarket! You can purchase per kilo or in Individual servings. We will also be putting together “Protein Packs” which will have all the meats you need to fuel your training and recovery for an entire week! 💪🏼💪🏼

Yesterday saw the first ever comp held at Next Level Performance Gym!…I want to firstly thank all the judges and volunteers, without you we wouldn’t have had such a successful comp!…secondly I want to thank all the lifters as without you, there would be no comp! Thank you all for choosing to compete with us, I really hope to see you all at our next comp very soon! Huge congratulations to all my guys who came away with winning their class, British records and all qualifying for the British Finals!…would love to say I’m taking a day off but plans are already in motion for the next one! 💪🏼🏆

This past weekend seen .t_pl and myself competing in the Newcastle Qualifier at . Both of us came away with a win and Murray broke British full power sleeved records on squat, bench, deadlift and total in teens. Next up we have the Scottish Qualifier at Next Level Gym!
