Saturday we took on kingdom in our first home tie of the season. Which saw ourselves go 1-0 early after a slow start.

⚽️Didn’t take long for the boys to get a goalback to make it 1-1 Nathan getting the goal for Dunfermline after taken a shot from the outside the box and pretty much from the touchline getting passed the keeper

⚽️2-1 dunfermline this time a lobbing ball from Ryan Atken which landed to our striker finlay which headed it over the keeper

⚽️3-1 DC this time again nathan getting his second of the day after another great long pass from Ryan Atken with Nathan passing it past the keeper who did get a foot to it but was sliced by the Kingdom defender on the line

⚽️We then made it 4-1 Dunfermline.. Ca0tain Declan moffat scoring direct from the corner

We then got complacent and let kingdom score 2 goals to bring it back to 4-3 HT

HALF TIME

Change of shape and fresh legs at half time, kieran duncanson & korben montgomery were the 2 changes

⚽️5-3 Lee Spence.. dodgey challenge from the Kingdoms defence and keeper going high on Finlay. Nathan picks up the ball passes it to lee Spence who passes it into the goal

⚽️6-3 Nathan getting his third on the volley into the box should of been a pen but the ref not having it but goal all the same and now dunfernline are running away with the tie.

⚽️7-3 Nathan getting his fourth, ball in from Declan touched down by Lee Spence with Nathan getting it holding it up and striking into the bottom right corner.

⚽️8-3 Nathan getting his fifth nice ball out wide Nathan taken on the defender and taken nicely into the bottom right corner theres no stopping the bigman thats 7 in 2 games for him.

⚽️9-3 Declan getting his second of the day with a stunning strike into the top left corner.🔥

⚽️10-3 Korben running from the DC half striken the ball outside the box with it going under the keeper after the original keeper decided to call it quits🫣.

⚽️11-3 Nathan getting his sixth Ryan Atkin taken a free kick from the DC half with Nathan heading it in the goal. Kicking from ryans been excellent all day.👏👏

12-3 Nathan getting his 7th of the game! Ryan Aitken punting a long ball with Nathan getting on it and scoring. Ryan the keeper now has 4 assists and nathan now 9 in 2 games flying at the moment.

Massive game on Saturday for the lads who look to put to the slow start behind us as we kick off with our first home game of the season!

All support wanted!! and the cafe will be open!

Boys travelled up to savoy park in leven, and just in time for kick off with a 10 minute warm up it showed as we found ourselves 3-0 down inside the first 30mins with 3 over the top balls catching us out with leven taking full advantage of the wind and some sloppy defending didn't help matters.

We played football none the less and had chances of our own but second balls just didn't bounce in our favour and thats football.

Half Time 3-0

Second half we were much better and after pilling on the pressure somehow seen us go 4 down when hit on the counter attack and was an uphill battle now.

4-0

We got one back when nathan brought down a great ball superbly held off 2 defenders and smashed it low and hard into the bottom corner to start our scoring.

⚽️4-1 Nathan Dalziel

We went on to pull another back this time from lee spence with another cracker from the edge of the box this time smashed into the top corner out of the reach of the keeper.

🟥Raymond brown was then sent packing after a second yellow card after 56mins

Nathan Dalziel again netting to bring it back to 4-3 with another worldie on the edge of the area into the top right hand corner.

A change in formation pushing up a second half to centre foward to push for the equaliser and didnt go in our favour 2 goals in the last 5 mins killed the game off and seen leven come away with the 3pts.

As much as the result didnt go in our favour we showed great character to bring it back to a respectable scoreline after being 4-0 down and having 10 men for over 25mins we done well and cant fault the effort.

we go again next tuesday against St andrews.
