Working late on a Friday night in this heat so my wee team brought me an iced coffee to keep me going👌🏻🌞

Through in Kenmore this week to tackle this holiday lodge😍

A lot of scraping and sanding on this one with a lot of the timber going back to bare, primed it all up and finished it all in a nice mahogany woodstain

The outcome looks great and we were even approached by some neighbouring lodges to do the same to theirs👌🏻

We have had a big list of exterior projects accepted this last month or so which means we have extremely limited space for outside work this year, don’t miss out and get in touch today before we close our books!

This exterior down by the beach was very weathered once we scraped it all back, we then stabilised the surfaces before flushing over then finished all the windows, soffits, iron and masonry to freshen up both stories👌🏻

We struck a line between the shopfront on the bottom half which we fully decorated and the pub above which we didn’t touch then we freshened up all the brickwork and windows with the clients chosen colours then finally picking out the gold seaweed effect to really make it pop👌🏻

All the harling freshened up on this one going from a pinky colour to a nice fresh white including the garage and the chimney

This customer had a painter come out last year to paint the back elevation on their house and put one coat on some of the harling, they got to a tricky area above the lower roof and walked off the job with half a house painted🤯

If there was any area I wasn’t sure about I would probably start there instead of leaving a job unfinished!

No problem for the team on this one, we knew the best way and most cost effective for the customer for us to access this tricky area and we got the elevation finished properly for them
