So proud of my client Michael and what he achieved in the 8 weeks leading up-to his holiday. Micheal came to me looking to lose some body fat, particularly around his torso. Here’s the results and what he had to say:

I started not really knowing what to do in the gym but the guidance was invaluable along with someone giving me encouragement and motivation to keep going and train in my own time. Once I started to see results, training became addictive and I wanted to see how far I could push myself. "At first I thought that training might be difficult for me with fibromyalgia but Bisma showed me exercises that can actually help improve my pain. She has taught me how what i eat impacts my body so much. She started me off by giving me ideas for food to eat and monitored my meals daily with photos and myfitnesspal to help keep me on track. The workouts themself push me physically but Bisma always gives motivation to keep going amd changes up the workouts depending on how I am feeling and to keep it intresting. She gave me workouts to work through on my own to allow me to keep up the training when not seeing her and helped build my confidence in the gym.
