Remember we have stretch and conditioning classes every Sunday and Wednesday!! These classes are £6 and are suitable for ALL levels and abilities.

These classes will boost your aerial and pole progress through increasing push/pull mechanisms, building core strength, lengthening your muscles and improving your static / active flexibility !

CALLING ALL PPS STUDENTS!!

Our amazing studio is turning 10 this October 🥳 and to celebrate we are organising a month long series of events and celebrations!!

Most importantly we will be hosting a student showcase on the 22nd of October! This will give our wonderful students an opportunity to show off their hoop, pole and dance skills!

We would absolutely LOVE to have as many people perform as we can!! You can use an old or a new routine and perform solo or as part of a group!!
