The 2024 golf season is just around the corner. Are you ready?!

A busy start to 2024, but GolFit Links classes have continued as normal, with golfers getting themselves ready for the new season. This mornings live class link has been sent to all members for them to complete in their own time, in their own home!

First week back at work done? Lots of sitting at a desk?
Try this at home. Start on both knees then step your right foot forwards. Work your left elbow across to your right knee and your right hand on top of your left hand, right elbow should stay high. Rotate from the bottom left of your stomach trying to lift the right elbow higher as you breathe. Hold for 10 breaths and repeat with left foot forwards.
An easy way to rotate - your spine will thank you!
