3 months of absolute graft from start to finish, Andrew already had a solid physique and a lot of years training.

So a 1-2-1 each week followed by two separate online programmes that would push him out the comfort zone was what achieved this.

An Absolutely insane look we’ve smashed here so could not be prouder and also happy to call him a good mate now.

First of all I want to thank everyone who donated and shared the link.
£1217 raised for a great children’s charity in my own city .Doing our bit for the younger ones in need.

What a performance from the boys, all taking finishes and everyone beating past times really top stuff, also an absolute diabolical time from 1:20 🤯

For majority of my boys doing it dressed as fish too was a surreal experience and a moment in time, take a bow men🤣🐟

I will be getting a big reel together of all the clips from before, during and the after party together🤣🤣 so stay tuned for that.

Wish I could go and live that whole day from start to finish again.
