3 x sets of 10 reps

Mid - low Cable Fly Superset ( rest only after 1 set of each has been completed back to back)
3 x sets of 10 reps

Tricep Extension to Cross body extension
( rest only after 1 set of each has been completed back to back)
3 x sets of 10 reps

The gym has been great for me - it has allowed me to grow physically and mentally and given a valuable outlet for when things get too much.

I had come from a background of zero gym experience going Into the industry. I got my qualifications with people 10-15 years younger than me and I pursued it because I felt like it was alright for me. Best career decision I never knew I had to make.

If you feel like your lack of experience is stopping you, just remember everyone starts somewhere and no one was perfect at the lifts/ running/ handstands straight away.
