Jacqui’s classes are fantastic and this one will be gentle for anyone new to Pilates. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never done it before, everyone is welcome. Suitable for anyone age 16 or over. All you need are comfy clothes, a mat and a towel (for extra padding).

Perhaps this is the excuse you needed to give it a try?! Just £10 for the session (though we’ll happily accept more!) - if you’re free, please come along. Everyone is very welcome 🤗
