A wee trip to with the team this week ❤️

On Saturday we had a super SUP yoga session with some of the crew from at Loch Freuchie. Some amazing skills on show including backbends, headstands and hand balances. Rad 🤙

Here’s my little summary video from our lovely SUP yoga session last weekend. We had mostly sun and a little light rain as we explored the river quaich at Loch Freuchie. Next session is Sat 8th Aug @ 2.30pm 🤙

We had such a nice SUP yoga session at Loch Freuchie last Saturday. Thanks to for joining in the fun and as always for the stoke. Back up this weekend for our beginners session and can’t wait.

This year we’ve added 2 new beginner SUP Yoga sessions on Mon 15 June & Sat 1 August.

We’ve created these sessions for first-timers or anyone who prefers to take things more gently.

Expect slow movement, clear instruction and a calm, confidence‑building pace on Loch Freuchie.
