We are now taking a well earned summer break to help us all rest and reset for the season starting again in August.

Everyone at the club would like to wish Ksenia the very best of luck at the Aquatics Next Gen Championships in Sheffield! 🏊‍♀️🇬🇧

Ksenia begins her campaign on Sunday in the 50m Butterfly, before returning to the pool on Wednesday for the 100m Butterfly.

To qualify for this prestigious event, swimmers must be ranked among the top 24 in Great Britain for their age group and event—a fantastic achievement in itself.

☀️🏊🏻‍♀️ Warm Weather Training Camp 🏊🏻‍♂️☀️

In October 2027 some of our swimmers will be heading abroad to a warm weather training camp. Over the next 15 months they will be taking part in lots of fundraising activities.

The next one is on Sunday 23rd August where several of our swimmers, coaches and parents will be taking part in the Ye Amphibious Ancients Bathing Association Discovery Mile. Entering the River Tay at the Riverview Cafe they will swim 1 mile down to the RRS Discovery.

For the majority of our swimmers, this was the final gala of the season, and they finished it in fantastic style. Your hard work, commitment, and determination throughout the season have been outstanding, you should all be very proud of that! 💪❤️

🤽🏻‍♀️🤽🏻‍♂️ Water Polo Round Up 🤽🏻‍♂️🤽🏻‍♀️

The U16 girls NDS team travelled to Liverpool last weekend to take part in the Division 1 Inter Regionals. After winning 3 games and topping their group they lost the semi-finals on a penalty shoot out setting up a bronze medal match against South West. A great final performance of the weekend saw the girls win the game 10-8 and bring the bronze medal back up to Scotland! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🥉

The weekend before saw the U16 boys NDS team travel to Bolton to play in the Division 2 Inter Regionals. After 3 strong performances they were top of their group and set up a gold medal match against South East. The boys continued their teamwork coming away 17-13 victors and winning the gold medal! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🥇

At the end of June the U14 Boys NDS team travelled to Belfast to take part in the Tommy Kirk Cup. The boys went on a winning streak of 4 games in a row and lifted the Cup in the final by winning 9-6 against Clonard! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏆

Well done to Ailsa, Lily, Phoebe, Rosie, Alex, Finlay, Jamie, Reuben and Rowan on their victories! 🤩

A special mention also goes to all the team coaches, team managers, helpers and supporters who make it possible for the children to attend the competitions and play so well 🥳

Best of luck to all 12 of our swimmers heading to Aberdeen this weekend to compete at this year's Scottish Summer Meet! 🏊❤️

With the school holidays nearly here we are offering some come and try sessions for our rookie water polo for children aged 7 to 13 🤽🏻‍♂️🤽🏻‍♀️

🏊‍♂️ A busy couple of weekends for Menzieshill Swimmers! 🏊‍♀️

Our swimmers have been in action at two fantastic competitions over the last fortnight.

🔥 Summer Sizzler 🔥
Fourteen swimmers made the trip to Edinburgh to gain valuable experience racing in a 50m pool. There were plenty of great performances throughout the day, and for many of our junior swimmers, it marked the end of another successful season. Well done to everyone who competed!

💙 Scottish Open 💙
Ten members of our National Squad took to the blocks at the Scottish Open, producing some excellent swims as they continue their preparations for the summer competitions.

A huge congratulations to our 4x100m Freestyle Relay team of Reilly, Indie, William and Thomas, who secured a fantastic Top 10 finish! 💪

A special mention also goes to Ksenia, who qualified for the B Final before going on to become Scottish Junior Champion – an outstanding achievement! 🥇👏

Just two galas left before the summer break… let's finish the season strong! 💪 ❤️

Well done to the Scotland U16 boys playing in the Swim England Inter Regionals this weekend.

They have won 3 games out of 3 so far and we are represented by Alex, Finlay, Jamie and Reuben.

The U16 Scottish National Development Squad boys are at the Open Inter-Regional Championships Div2 this weekend, and have done us proud with three wins from three.
The boys have played fantastically well as a team, with goals, assists, blocks and saves across the board.
