Holiday ready… it’s almost time ✈️

One of the biggest mistakes I see women make is staying in a calorie deficit for months and months on end.

If you’re already relatively lean and your goal is to build shape, muscle and definition, dieting isn’t always the answer.

Sometimes the biggest improvements come from spending time at maintenance calories in a body recomp phase, training hard and building muscle before moving into a fat loss phase.

That’s exactly what we’ve done with Katie.

We spent time on higher calories (scary I know 😱), we focused on getting stronger and building muscle. Once we’d built that foundation, we moved into a fat loss phase to reveal the muscle she’d worked so hard to build.

The muscle has to be built before it can be revealed. 💪

Katie is a very buzy nurse juggling long Nightshift hours and has had her share of obstacles along the way, but she’s stayed consistent, trusted the process and kept turning up.

Proud of you K looking fabbb 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻🫢

Everyone celebrates the before and after photos…

But the real work often starts afterwards.

Amanda wanted to share her honest thoughts after her photoshoot because this part of the journey is rarely spoken about.

As a coach, my job isn’t just to help someone get lean. It’s to help them build a healthy mindset afterwards too, so they can enjoy holidays, social occasions and everyday life without feeling like they’ve failed.

It’s important to up calories again & regulate body fat levels on both a mental & physical aspect.

Swipe to read Amanda’s story. 💛

Today Vicki I squatted 57kg… the amount of body weight she has currently lost 🙀!!

Just take a second to think about that.

She used to carry that weight around every single day. Now she’s strong enough to squat it Vicki Symons

57kg lost that’s 9 stone 1lb. No shortcuts. No surgery. No quick fixes. Just showing up, trusting the process and putting in the work, week after week.

This is what happens when you combine consistency, accountability and a plan that actually fits your life.

You don’t just lose weight.

You become stronger, fitter and capable of things you never thought possible.

Massive credit to you, Vicki. This one was earned.

So much more to come from Vicki on this journey.

Blessed to be a part of it 🤝

Client Spotlight: Emma 🤍 Emma JBam

Sometimes the biggest transformations aren’t measured by the scales…

They’re measured by the moment you look back and barely recognise the person you used to be.

Yesterday, Emma graduated as a teacher, and when she saw these photos side by side, she told me she cried. Not because of the number of pounds she’s lost, but because she couldn’t believe how much her life has changed.

From a size 26 to around a size 16, Emma has stayed consistent. Through studying & working long weekends away from home.

She built habits.
She built strength.
She built confidence.
She built a life she’s proud of.

Watching clients like Emma realise just how far they’ve come is one of the best parts of my job. Sometimes we’re so focused on the next goal that we forget to appreciate just how much we’ve already achieved.

Congratulations on your graduation, Emma. What you’ve achieved over the last year is a reflection of your consistency, resilience, and the decision you made to keep showing up for yourself, even when life was busy.

The best part?

She’s still only getting started. 🤍

For those of you who’ve been following Vicki’s journey on my stories… here she is 👏✨

57kg lost (9 stone ) all done naturally 🫢 Vicki Symons

No quick fixes. No extremes. Just consistency, commitment, hard work and a real focus on building a stronger, healthier life.

Vicki strength trains 4–5 times a week, gets her cardio & steps done, keeps her protein high and has a huge vision for herself this year. We’ve set goals, we’ve got a plan, and she is absolutely on a mission.

She’s fully invested in the process, genuinely enjoys training, and more than anything, she loves how this version of herself feels. After spending so much of her life feeling out of shape, she’s now thriving on the energy, confidence and momentum that training gives her.

Has it all been perfect? Of course not. Vicki enjoys her social life too, and that’s exactly why I’m so impressed with what she’s achieved — we’ve built this around real life, not away from it. Social plans, weekends, drinks… and still showing up, still making progress, still staying consistent.

And that’s exactly why she’s one to watch 👀🔥
So much more to come from this girl and I can’t wait to show you.

Friendly reminder:
you cannot expect to build a stronger, shapelier physique while living on permanently low calories.

You must eat to grow girls!!

Kim’s progress didn’t come from eating less and less.
It came from training with intent, increasing food, prioritising protein, recovering properly and actually giving her body the fuel it needed to grow.

Because despite what diet culture loves to tell women…living off 1200 calories isn’t going to cut it.

Want more muscle /shape/tone/definiton then you need to stop being scared of eating enough calories & spend time out of a diet to build 🔨.

Kim’s growth is a glowing example of what extra calories can do for a physique.

Can’t wait to see her after this growth period 🫢💪🏻 Kim Walker
