Everyone talks about what you get from a Coach. I’m going to tell you what you don’t get. When you buy into coaching you don’t buy a pass for a free result.
A coach, me anyway will give you what I believe is the best prescribed method to achieve your goal in a timeline. Buying coaching does not buy the result. If anything you are about to worked even harder than everyone else.
I’m always available for a consult and coaching to some degree. But even with my guidance you’ll have to work for it.
Be active, eat well and train regularly 🤙

We are excited to announce a new Mobility Class joining the timetable!
This is aimed at anyone looking to improve their mobility for their positions in the gym as well as for general health and wellness.
This will run from 5:15-5:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and will work in tandem with whatever block is running. So our first focus will be around improving our positions for the Overhead Squat. The first 2 sessions will be “test” sessions where you can come in and establish where you specifically need to focus on. This will then be your track for this first block of mobility.
The first Mobility Class will start on Tuesday the 2nd July and run from there.
Lastly, these classes will not require a booking so they won’t count towards your credit! Hope to see you there!

How many times do you wait for ‘Monday’ or for everything to line up correctly before you get started?
Unfortunately the path of least resistance isn’t always the correct road, in fact it rarely is. If you want to do better, make a change to your lifestyle, quit drinking, start training for a marathon or anything that excites you then don’t wait - just do.

Today, I want to talk about planning.
In more than 50 years of my fitness crusade, I cannot count how many times I’ve heard people say they are planning on starting to train or planning on starting a diet.
It is always a plan to start on Monday, or the first of the month, or next year. It is never a plan to start now.
I see it in the comments of the Pump Club app, in the replies to our daily emails here, and I even hear it from people in the gym.
Always planning.
Everybody who plans has good intentions, but let’s be honest about what it really is.
Planning means you’re not taking action. You’re choosing to avoid getting started.

Tonight 16 members of the Sweatcon90 class broke the barrier into the 50min EMOM (every minute on the minute). We’ve been working for months building up the members’ aerobic engines making sure they are capable of training steady for 50 mins.
Very happy with their efforts 🔥
