Ferry Athletic 2016's

Our boys played have played 2 bounce games over the last few days against Broty United & DUSC Lions and put in 2 great performances and they all deserve a wee easter treat for their efforts.

Another beautiful Sunday at Dawson Park as we welcomed Brechin for our 3rd game of the season.
The boys played brilliantly with some great skill and determination and some fantastic goals scored.
The most important part was all players enjoying the games and everyone leaving with a smile on their face.
What football is all about at this age.

A misty start at Dawson Park saw our boys play Dryburgh this morning and as the mist lifted we were entertained to a fantastic winning performance from our Ronaldos running out 7-2 winners.
No such joy for our Messi team who came away with a 5-1 defeat but we move on to our next round of games hoping to match the scoreline to the performance. 💙💛

2 convincing wins for our boys to start off their 7 a side season against Douglas Lads at a cold windy Claypotts Park this morning. 💙💛

Our opening game of the new 7 a side seasom gets under way this Sunday at Claypotts Park from 10am versus Douglas Lads 💙💛

Thanks to DUSC Lions 2016 for inviting us to Showcase for a couple of games in preparation for our new 7 v 7 season.

We had a great presentation party along with our younger 2017 & 2018 teams at Innoflate Dundee to celebrate the end of our fun 5's season.

Another warm up to next years 7's with a visit from DUSC Lions to a cold Whitton.

Saturday was the boys last visit to RPC for Fun 5's Festivals and they done brilliantly despite the cold and wet conditions outside for the Messi team.
2 more weeks to go at Whitton before we start preparing for 7's.
