Well, as of 31st March 2024, STG Services Ltd will be closing. 5 full property renovations over 2 years and several bathrooms, kitchens, double wooden garages. Not forgetting slabbing, fences and endless small DIY jobs. Most of all, fantastic customers, thank you so so much. I will still be doing odd jobs so if needed, always message me, I can just say NO easier. Take care and thanks again.

Just finished full installation and decoration of a lovely new kitchen in a Victorian house.

Full 3 bedroom flat refurb, new kitchen and bathroom. New flooring, skirting, doors, heating, hot water and fully decorated. Now a bright and welcoming flat.

So up and running after Christmas Holiday and 10 days isolation with Covid. Lots of Smoke alarm requests and happy to add to my list. Delays in stock but still cheaper than most offers. Delays in stock due to suppliers but good news that Insurers are taking a more positive line with the delays. Message or email me if interested.

Busy with a refurb of a flat, changed to open plan kitchen/livingroom and increased to 3 bedroom. New kitchen, plumbing, flooring, tiling and decoration. Other jobs include painting, teak pelmets, bed guards and smoke alarms.

One of the most enjoyable jobs so far. This is a fantastic old cottage in St Andrews that required a new kitchen, flooring, tiling, plumbing, floor tiles, painting (lots and lots of painting) and fixture/fittings. Lovely home.

Recent job, 28 Square metre natural stone patio with a few support walls built.

SMOKE ALARMS - still very busy installing these due to new Scottish Legislation. Remember it will effect your home insurance also. Away to get another delivery in as stock is becoming low with Covid restrictions. Happy to take bookings to secure kit and available dates from 1st to 7th June.
