Another week of the mum rebuild era 💫
This week felt like a bit of a juggling act… bugs going round the family, trying to keep training ticking over, coaching the girls, being there for Steven while he’s been unwell, and of course mum life 🙌🏻
But when I actually look back at the week…
I still trained twice and got a run in
The HYROX girls absolutely smashed it on Friday and I couldn’t have been prouder watching them compete
I ran up and down the SEC from 9am–6pm like a mad woman 🤣 (honestly felt hungover the next day)
And we had a lovely Mother’s Day while seeing Steven finally starting to feel better
But the real win this week wasn’t perfection, it was showing up.
Showing up as a mum
Showing up as a coach
Showing up for my girls
Showing up for myself
Next week’s aim - get my third training session done and start progressing my running again after watching the girls compete 😍
Sometimes consistency just looks like doing the best you can with what the week throws at you and that’s more than enough 💜

What a bloody day!!!🔥💥
10 of our girls competing at yesterdays HYROX event and WOW they smashed it!
Words can’t describe so proud we are of all the hard work every one of them have put they have put in for the past 6 months of their hyrox training 🏃🏻♀️🏋🏼♀️🔥
They trained in the rain, they trained in the snow, they trained when they didn’t want to, they trained when motivation was low some even trained with injuries that we won’t go into detail in🫣 - no matter what… they showed up and showed resilience.
Fair to say I think they have all caught the bug…even if they don’t admit it yet 🤣
ONTO NEXT YEAR LETS GOOOO💥

Client Spotlight – Lynne Milne 💪🏼🍑
Our crazy girl Lynne joined us back in January 2025, and since day one she has done nothing but graft, learn, and show up.
Everything I’ve suggested along the way, she’s taken on board and trusted the process with.
When Lynne first joined the team, the goal was to drop body fat ahead of a very big year of holidays in 2025… and we most definitely achieved that.
But now we’ve reached a new phase. Lynne can see the shape she’s built, and the goal has shifted slightly, it’s time to build and improve that physique… with a special focus on the glutes of course 🍑😅
What I’m most proud of is that Lynne’s results haven’t come from quick fixes or shortcuts.
Just simple science, consistency, patience, and showing up week after week.
And while she’s gained incredible results physically, she’s also gained something just as important - friends, community, and a real sense of belonging.
At Absolute Zenergy, people might come for the results… but they stay for the community.
And Lynne, you truly are the life and soul of it 💖
Keep doing you, keep doing it well, and let’s keep grafting for those glutes (literally 🍑🔥)

Week 2 of The Mum Rebuild Era 🤍
This week felt more settled
Strength in the gym has noticeably increased, sleep has improved as the little man started feeling better, and for the first time in a while I feel like I’m properly fuelling my body again instead of surviving on the classic mum diet 😅
I also did my first run since surgery… and lived to tell the tale😅
It wasn’t a perfect week- I aimed for 3 weighted sessions and managed 2
But the focus right now isn’t perfection,
It’s consistency
Showing up for my training, my nutrition, my family and the girls at Zenergy especially with some of them heading into their first HYROX next week.
The real win this week?
Consistency over perfection.
Let’s see what Week 3 brings 💖

All while navigating a poorly little guy and broken sleep.
