🦋 Transformation Tuesday 🦋

💕Transformation Tuesday💕
I started my bodybuilding journey in October 2021 to hopefully step on stage the following year in April 2022 (I did). So here is my physical transformation over a 7 month period and a few pictures from show day at the Granite City Classic where I took 1st in the bikini category🏆
Any transformation takes time it won't happen over night and you need to commit to the process but also enjoy it you don't have to put your life on hold to achieve your goals just adapt a little 💯
Your own fitness journey is not about comparing yourself to someone else as everyone and every body is different, its about being a better you than you were yesterday, the only comparisons you should be making are when you look back at your starting point and see how much far you've come and how much you've accomplished already! 💕

🍌Banana Protein Pancakes🍌
Ingredients :
🍌2 egg whites
🍌1 banana
🍌40g of vanilla protein powder(any brand/personal preference)
🍌Dash of cinnamon
Method :
1) Mix egg whites untill fluffy with peaks
2)Mush the banana into a paste, add dry ingredients into the bowl with the banana
3) Fold in the egg whites until you have a smooth batter
4) Cook the pancakes on medium heat until golden!
5) Add any topping(s) you like and enjoy!
This is an easy, quick and efficient way to make healthy pancakes which also taste amazing! It's a little treat without the cheat😉
For my toppings I added 10g of white chocolate spread and some fresh strawberries. Highly reccomend this spread it tastes exactly like the milky bar chocolate🙌
The amount of protein within this serving will depend on the type of protein used. Aswell as the varied calorie content. I used the whey protein.
My calories within this serving were on Avg 320. With around 40g of protein.
