Congratulations to our striker, Dawid Bednarek who moves on to Broughty Athletic JFC. In the 2 years Big Dave was up front, he was top scorer in his first season and couldn't stop scoring ever since. 2 very successful seasons later and alot of thanks go his way for making it happen. Good luck with your new team Dawid.

Our captain, Ryan Murray signs for Blairgowrie JFC. For the last 5 years, Ryan has been an amazing leader on the pitch and put his heart and soul into every game. He's been a consistent member of our squad for so long so he'll definitely become a key player for his new club in no time. Good luck Ryan.

Another lad making moves, last seasons player of the year, Jack Pirie who put pen to paper for Forfar Athletic U20s. Jacks impression on DUSC these last 2 years was huge as he played a big part in 2 back to back treble winning seasons. Always giving 100%, he was a nightmare for every defender he came up against which helped get us goals when we needed them. All the best with your new team Jack.

Another confirmed signing for our boys is our striker, Ralph Henderson, who has moved onto Dundee West Royals. With 34 goals last season alone, he's played an hugely important role in our success since he arrived for the start of our first 11 aside campaign. With his talent, attitude and determination, he'll definitely be a quality signing for his new club.

Hopefully, we'll have more updates in the coming weeks for more of our squad.

As our boys make their moves away from DUSC, the first confirmed mover is our goalie, Jack Frame, who signed for Lochee Utd U20s. Jack has played a pivotal role in our defence since day 1, making match winning saves and his penalty shootout performance getting us into a cup final a few weeks ago. Jack has been training with the junior side for the last 2 years, also making a few appearances on the bench so he's no stranger to the club. Best of luck with the new stage of your footballing journey.

Congratulations to Lucas Slidders for becoming Scotlands Vice Captain for the upcoming BGC Scotland v Wales game next month.

It's with a heavy heart that we have to announce that it's the end of the road for DUSC 2009s. There's a number of reasons why it came to this but it didn't make the decision any easier. This journey would never have been this successful if it wasn't for the talent, hard work and amazing attitude from our boys on and off the pitch.

As a team, we have experienced everything. From Cup final appearances, unbeaten runs (including an invincible season) and even a cheeky week away in Salou, to losses in finals, battles to secure the most vital of points and playing in every weather condition imaginable. We have came up against some of the best teams in our age group from all over Scotland and no doubt silenced alot of doubters in the process.

We've also had some amazing times away from football too. Fundraising events like our first walk across the Tay Bridge, to the 16 mile trek from Craigie to Arbroath. Race nights, a music event and more scratchcards than the national lottery, all thanks to the hard work of our families and friends.

So on behalf of the coaches here, thank you from the bottom of our hearts to every player, past and present, for coming back time and time again, giving it your all and allowing us to share this journey with you. Also, a huge thank you to all the familes and friends who showed up to every game to support the boys through thick and thin. This has been an amazing experience we'll never forget. Thank you and good luck to our boys in the next stages of their footballing careers 🧡🖤

With tonights loss to Dundee West Reds, they go level on points with us at the top of the league so the DDYFA have decided that the league title will be shared between the teams. Not how we wanted to bring the season to a close but we still manage to claim our 3rd league title, plus we're treble winners too with the League Cup and Jean Pierre Babin cup already won. 🏆🏆🏆
