This is the 3rd year of East Rox and the Outdoor Sim gets better and better!

This year it’s on Saturday 5th September and can be completed as an individual, pairs or team.

This is a Hyrox Simulation with a twist - everything is outside in our amazing woodland setting!

The runs are 1km trail loops and we turn the gym into the Rox Zone - a completely fresh look on the regular Hyrox race, with participants saying it’s even better because it’s outdoors in a supportive, friendly environment!

This is a great opportunity to try out a HYROX and perfect for your first one.

Each and every station and run are fully timed thanks to SPORTident!

Professional photography available at the end of the event with no annoying packages to buy - just get photos of your day!

Each station is judged by a volunteer - and there are plenty more to make sure you have everything you need and don’t get lost in the woods!

East Rox is the best outdoor Hyrox event in Scotland - hosted at the best outdoor gym!

Your 1km runs are a loop through amazing woodland and we convert our space in the trees for all the stations you expect from a Hyrox event.

There is full event timing, so you’ll know where you could have pushed harder; each station is fully judged by a supportive team; there’ll be food on site, goodie bags and the all important patch for your bag.

This is a Hyrox event like no other! Better than the real thing? Maybe - you’ll just have to try it to find out.
