⛳ PRIMARY SCHOOLS — WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOU! 🏌️♂️
We’re excited to announce that we are now looking for primary schools to enrol in our Children’s Golf Trust Programme for 2026/27! 🎉
The programme is completely FREE for schools, with golf coaching delivered through the Trust to every pupil from Primary 1–7. 🙌
Our aim is to introduce the game to 3,000 children across our local area — made possible thanks to the incredible funds raised by the Rotary Clubs of Devorgilla and Dalbeattie at their recent golf day at Southerness Golf Club. 👏
We’re incredibly grateful for their support and excited about what lies ahead as we work together to grow the game of golf and give more local children the opportunity to get involved. ❤️⛳

⛳️💚 GENERATION GAP COMPETITION 💚⛳️
Golf is even better when it’s a family affair! ⛳️🏡
Our Generation Gap Competition is a fantastic chance to bring family together on the course, enjoy some friendly competition and of course - have a few laughs along the way! 👨👩👧👦🏆
It was lovely to see different generations of families from father and sons, mums and daughters, aunties, uncles, grandparents and grandkids, all enjoying the game together! 💚⛳️

Tonight we held our qualifier for the Donald Ross Invitational Team to represent Dumfries & County Golf Club t@royaldornochgc in October.
2 leading scorers from this evening and Pro’s invite to finalise the team as Lochlann Hannay had already secured his spot in the Club Championship.
Zak Stankiewicz 71 and Brennan Henry 72 took the spots with Cameron Hunter gaining selection due to his attitude, discipline and commitment to the section.
The team will now enter Ersky’s boot camp prior to heading to the Highlands for a world class experience competing against teams from USA, Europe and the UK.
