We dominated large parts of the game, missed a penalty and had three goals ruled out for offside, but the boys kept battling right until the end.

A real ding d**g of a cup game at hope Johnstone park today .

Uppers started the game well and pressed us in first ten mi utes to make it one nil we then gave ourselfs a shake and started move the ball very well with attack after attack but the lads just couldn’t find there shooting boots .

Inter were then award a penalty to bring ourselfs level. We’re Cammy slotted it home to give us a fighting chance .

Then there was a mad two minutes we’re out man got 5 red card one after another for simply asking the ref a question aye mad eh ?? Never been heard of .

So with 10 men the lads battles on for the next 70 minutes continually shown lose the man wasn’t go face us . But was uppers who pounced upon a mistake made by our keeper who let them in 2-1 uppers .

Upper them went ahead again with well worked goal .3-1

Inter controlled and continued to pepper the uppers goal until a corner came in last 8 minutes and it was. Locked home by big gemmel 3-2 game on for last 5/6 minutes with lads run out energy and just couldn’t find that extra goal it was upper who pressed to the quarter finals .

A well drilled performance and on any other day we could had 8/9 goals of find our shoot boots but lots n lots positives and some great football played .

We look to take this into the game next week against the same opponent in the league this time
