Yesterday had everything. The highs, the challenges, the celebrations and the moments that remind you what this sport is really about.

We celebrated Division Champions, watched athletes leave everything on the floor and, most importantly, watched this team rally around one another.

A special mention to Ella, who showed incredible bravery after yesterday’s injury. We are all so proud of you and can’t wait to have you back where you belong. 💕

Now it’s time for Day 2.

One more day. One more chance to leave it all on the floor. Let’s make memories, cheer each other on and finish Season 10 the best way we know how.

Oh… and England won yesterday too… so maybe it really is coming home. 😉🏆⚽️

No matter how many seasons pass, this moment will always be my favourite. Watching our tiniest athletes take everything they’ve learned and perform with confidence is something I’ll never take for granted.

COMP WEEKEND IS HERE!

This is it… the final competition of the season.

Months of training. Countless corrections. Early mornings. Late nights. Sore muscles. Happy tears. Frustrating rehearsals. Breakthrough moments. Memories that will stay with us forever.

Now it’s time to let go and watch our athletes do what they do best.

As a coach and choreographer, this feeling never gets old. Seeing ideas that started in our heads come to life on stage through these incredible athletes is something I’ll never take for granted. Every routine tells a story, and every performance is the result of so much hard work from our athletes, coaches and families.

Go out there, trust your training, perform with your heart, and make every second count. Whatever happens this weekend, we’re already so proud of you all.
