What an evening at Downpatrick Cricket Club! 🏏🍻
The annual President’s XI vs Chairman’s XI had everything you’d expect from proper village cricket — big shots, bigger misses, heroic running between the wickets, loud advice from the boundary and a few players discovering that turning 50 doesn’t necessarily make you a better cricketer! 😂
There were dramatic appeals, spectacular drops, questionable shot selection and some highly debatable umpiring decisions — all played in the true spirit of cricket! 😎

But behind all the laughs was something much more important. ❤️
