Great day up the Mournes at lough Shannagh for our first sponsored walk 😊🥊

‼️ Reminder - Sponsored walk this Saturday (Weather Permitting) we are going to do ‘Wee Binnian’ but nothing stopping people doing ‘ Big Binnian) we are going to meet up for about 9.30/10am .

Could all sponsor money be collected before and left into Club this week if able.

Boxing back tonight for 9+ age group to get ready for upcoming season 🙂

Everyone please come prepared -

- Gumshields
- Wraps
- Protectors
- Gloves

There is Only Five Weeks to get prepared for the season so please be on time and bring the intensity each training session !!!!

We will not be tolerating any misbehaving or anyone who does not want to be there, we want to make the club as safe as possible and people who are disruptive or just taking up room will be asked to leave.

Club will be closed this Thursday and Friday due to staff training in the centre,,,, Everyone welcome to train tonight and tomorrow !!

If the weather is to be good the rest of the week we can meet up Thursday in the Downshire for some outdoor training…..
