📍 Calibre took on Pen y Fan.

These events always make me so proud of everyone involved. It’s an honour to watch people achieve things they think they can’t. I’m always so grateful to be a part of it.

❄️ 🔥 The Recovery Room officially opened upstairs in Calibre.

Someone mentioned to me this week how much our upstairs space has transformed since they last saw it. I’d say if you haven’t already, come up for a good nosey round!
We’re really proud to have such a lovely space inside Calibre, and want to say a huge well done to Russ for doing such a great job with it.

🧚 On that note, another public thank you to him for going along with my ridiculous ideas and embarrassing himself on the internet all to support us. I think we can all agree what a good sport he’s been recently.

💪 Classes have been bouncing this week.

🌙 The local sky has been providing us with some visual treats this week.
We’ve loved seeing everyone’s photos of Christchurch looking so beautiful!!

I missed this last week so it’s here now.
The start of the Summer Holidays always signifies another year older for our little ones. A huge well done to all those who finished their A-Levels, GSCE’s, finishing primary and all those in between. And well done parents for all the help and support needed to get them there.
Holidays can be tricky to still prioritise you but don’t forget our kids room can be used so you can still train in classes.

💇‍♀️ Lastly, Jodie is running a fundraiser for Little Lady Locks - a charity that make wigs out of hair donations for children.

Nobody really knows where they come from.

All we know is that by morning, weights are all back on the racks, the mirrors are sparkling and the gym looks cleaner than ever!
