Well I completed the Outlaw Half Triathlon at the weekend. So proud of what I have achieved and getting a new personal best time. All the hard work, training and early mornings finally paid off.

It doesn't matter what level of fitness you are, the most important thing to remember is to get out there and just take that first step. Our bodies are designed to move and now the weather is improving, it's the perfect chance to start.

A couple of amazing clients of mine help with the charity KitAid. They send unwanted football kit to areas of the developing world where football is loved, but they are held back by a lack of kit and equipment.
If anyone has any unwanted footie kits, boots, shin pads, training bibs or rain jackets then they would love to take it off you and pass it on.
